KETO AND GLIOBLASTOMA—KETORADTMZ: A safety and feasibility study of a 16-week ketogenic diet on newly diagnosed glioblastoma patients who are receiving standard of care radiation and temozolomide. (IRB#51446)

BREAST CANCER WEIGHT LOSS—BWEL: This clinical trial will study whether weight loss in overweight and obese women may prevent breast cancer from recurring. (IRB#45777)

Microbiome, Microbial Markers and Liver Disease
A prospective observational study to measure and evaluate changes in the bodies of patients with liver cirrhosis via collection of blood samples and tissue/fluid samples from the small intestine. Participants will complete questionnaires about dietary intake, lifestyle habits, medications and medical history in order to identify associated lifestyle factors, and will be followed prospectively for outcomes including hepatocellular carcinoma. The purpose of the study is to examine the effects of a low-carbohydrate diet on the growth of prostate cancer by measuring changes in the proliferative index in biopsy tissue. (IRB#53710)
